Child Support Guidelines

dollarsClients often question how child support orders are determined by the Courts. Pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes sec. 46b-215a, the Commission for Child Support Guidelines publishes Child Support and Arrearage Guidelines (last updated August 1, 2005) which are used to determine the amount of child support the non-custodial parent must pay to the custodial parent.
