Provide For The Continuing Care of Your Pet(s)

 

Connecticut has not yet adopted the Uniform Trust Act of 2000, which specifically relates to providing for the care of your pets.  Until such time as Connecticut does adopt this Act, there may be other appropriate ways to provide for the continuing care of your pet(s) upon your death.  You should always consult a licensed attorney when making such decisions.   The Law Offices of Irene C.
